Going to UK Tonight
Tonight, the plane will depart to KLIA from Penang at 9:45pm before the long haul direct flight to Heathrow Airport in London, arriving tomorrow morning. I will spend about 11 hours on board the flight and spend Christmas during winter in Vatican City, Rome, Italy. I have sponsored my 2 younger sisters for this long-awaited trip to Europe since 2007. I shall be visiting 7 countries - United Kingdom, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Austria, Italy and France. Just pray that my big luggage with food and clothing will arrive safely and not pilfered at the airport by coveting staff. Also pray that I will eventually return to Penang safely with all my items intact. This trip easily costs me $20k for the 3 of us, not including extra expenses for food and tips, souvenirs, etc.

Women's Diamond Blue Zircon Ring
Women’s jewelry is often saturated with insipid and unsophistically designed forms that are paraded as glamorous and stylish pieces. Some of the most unrefined designs in many jewelers’ selections are women’s diamond bracelets. While several jewelers fill their showcases with gaudy and brazen pieces, the master craftsmen at Avianne & Co. have over the past twenty years developed an exquisite gallery of elegant and refined women's jewelry whose designs are based on traditional principles and an extensive design process that pushes those principles to their boundaries.
The New York City-based Avianne Jewelers have used their decades of experience to come out with an extensive array of fine diamond jewelry. The newest addition to their constantly expanding collection is the women's diamond bracelet, made from 14k white gold and brilliantly cut diamonds with the 4 'C's taken into careful consideration: carat, colour, cut and clarity. You can check out their blog at Avianne & Co. Blog for more information.
Unlike their competitors, the jewelers at Avianne & Co. aim to design and produce the most exciting and original pieces in the industry. They also offer custom-made pieces with designs shown for your approval before casting into actual tangible jewelry. Their clients include celebrities with the likes of the flamboyant Nikki Minaj, amongst others. Coming from a humble background, Nikki has certainly made good and made a name for herself as one of the most well-dressed personalities in Hollywood. She has a matching 14k Yellow Gold Women's Diamond Blue Zircon Ring for any special occasion like being a former judge at the eponymous American Idol 2012 season.
I love her fashion style, what more with matching wigs of various colors for different settings that brings out her beauty. Diamonds are a girl's best friend for sure, and matching some sophisticated genuine diamonds with your clothes will bring out the elegance and haute couture in any person.

Working at Home
I have been working from a home office since February 2004 and don't get jealous. I know of readers of read my posts and decided to work from home instead earning less and doing less. Well for me, I don't earn less nor do less but I can work without all those office politics and disturbances. I know that I will not be productive in the office, being part of office culture to do as little as possible so as not to spoil the market. I know I can work fast and efficiently, as long as I work all alone, calling the shots and charting my own path.

Blogging Takes Effort
Blogging certainly takes effort and time. You have to think while typing with 10 fingers in order to publish a blog post of at least 100 words. It is time-consuming too. Sometimes, I wonder if this is all worth the effort, other than taking up paid blog posts from sponsors. Therefore, you have to enjoy it, otherwise the journey won't last long. And you need to update at least once a week at the longest and not leave the blog un-updated for a long time.

Went to Melaka Yesterday
Melaka is almost like a mini Singapore - well planned, plenty of greenness and shrubs, clean and newly developed. We went to a club yesterday for an interview. It took about 2.5 hours to reach there from KL, where we set out at 7:00am in the morning. Hopefully, we can get the project and this will be constant work for our Bangladeshi workers. They have gone home and come back to work with us and they know that they cannot get such good benefits elsewhere. There is also personal freedom and full pay even though it rains and no work is done.

The poor cannot help the poor
The church wants people to go into missionary work, but they never emphasize on the working group to contribute to its coffers. The poor cannot help the poor. It is commonsense that only the rich can help the poor. Which is why we need to work hard to earn more so that we can help people in our lives and to donate some to church. Today I had Indian food served on banana leaves and ginger tea. It was very affordable with air con comfort after church service.

Down with a Nagging Flu
I have seen the doctor twice as of yesterday and hope that my flu will heal quickly. This time round, I asked for Benadryl, a cough mixture that makes one drowsy to rest and recover quicker. Had a quick lunch at New World Park since the other places were full and I could not find a car park. Also bought Long Johns for the coming winter trip to Europe this December 2013. I just hope that the trip will be enjoyable with less bickering with my sisters. It is not easy when one does not have a choice with traveling partners but to accept those who can go with valid passports.

Back from Kuala Lumpur
I came back from KL 2 days ago, having spent a day in Johor Bahru and some shopping for winter clothes in Johor Premium Outlets. Spent more than $500 there for a single day of shopping before driving back to Senai Airport. JPO is on the way to the airport in Kulaijaya. This is one of the best shopping deals I got and there are no regrets. Today is Monday and I subscribed to Hell in a Cell pay per view on Astro for WWE. Just blog here for a short while before resuming my viewing of Hell in a Cell with John Cena back from surgery.

Flying to JB from KL
I shall be going to KL with my colleague tomorrow and then fly to Johor Bahru from KLIA LCCT via Air Asia for the day's meeting. Just rented a Hertz car for about $150 per day, to drive to the site for the meeting. I have booked the plane tickets last night and paid using my credit card. Compared to Firefly, Air Asia is about $1,000 cheaper than the turbo propeller plane that is much smaller by comparison for the same destination. The flight is scheduled at 8.25am on Friday and we have to wake up much earlier by at least 3-4 hours in advance so as not to miss the flight and to beat the rush hour work traffic jam in KL.

Got Paid $25 this Morning
This morning, as I woke up, my client had paid me USD 25 into my Paypal account. This is for blogging work done 2 days ago. I still maintain and update my several blogs for revenue now and then. The income is just a bonus as writing online has been my passion since August of 2006. I love my work, and virtual assistance offered now and then as potential clients email me for the quotation. Now I get paid USD50 monthly for commenting on a high traffic blog in the U.S. and get to read well written articles by journalists and people of stature, those who are already successful in their own rights. This brings more authority and credibility to the many blog posts and articles.

Maintaining Blogs is Hard Work
I just came back from KL last night, dropped by my parents' house to collect some letters and went back home to my apartment for a good rest. And this morning, here I am blogging again to refresh my blogs with new content. My working life is colorful - lots of traveling and seeing places with the benefit of working at home, either in KL or Penang. Mind you, maintaining blogs is certainly hard work and not cut out for everyone. I have seen active blogs die out naturally because there are no more sponsored posts to take up and maintaining them is just too expensive and not worth the time and effort.

Home Loans Christchurch
I love pets, especially small dogs like pomeranians, dachshund, poodles, chihuahua, and the like. Small toy dogs are easy to keep and they make good pets. I used to spend eons of time at my aunt's house and playing with her 2 dogs. She has a big garden for the dogs to run around and exercise their limbs.
Don't you just love Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppies at Cavoodle Puppies for Sale? The ubiquitous brown and white fur of these dogs are so fluffy and they are adorable looking pets. Makes a good companion for a lonely soul or singles with busy lives. It helps to de-stress when one keeps a close pet for comfort and as a companion. As I am born in the year of the dog, hence, I love all things related to dogs.
On the other hand, if you need home loans, just check out Home Loans Christchurch. For the record, I just got my home loan approved last month after 1+ months of waiting and frequent correspondences with the banks. Nowadays, it is very difficult to get a home loan and banks are much stricter at this period due to defaulting, bad loans and bankruptcy cases which are on the rise.
I almost gave up applying for a home loan when I found out that it was so difficult locally here, but persisted as I just refused to put all my money in the bank for low fixed deposit interests rates. Hence, to hedge against inflation, I decided to buy a property for rental income later on and also for investment. The condo should be ready by 2018 and by then I will own 2 properties close by.
If you love to travel just like me, you can also check out Holiday Homes Auckland. By end of this year in December, I will be traveling to Europe during winter with my youngest sister and meet up with second sister before touring 7 nations by coach, namely United Kingdom, France, Belgium, Switzerland, Austria and Italy.
Most probably will spend Christmas in Vatican city and have lunch there. This is the most expensive tour package that I have booked and just hope it justifies my expenditure. I really hope to have a good time there, visiting places of interests. Also, it might be the last time I spend trips overseas with my sisters as I have to save up some money for my rental property, to be completed in a couple of years later. This is the motivation of working hard for my money, offering virtual assistance on the sideline besides a full time income as an IT executive in a home office.
I also travel frequently in my job, shuttling between Penang and Kuala Lumpur by car with my colleague. Hence, it is better not to have children for the freedom to do the things that I love. In the meantime, you can also browse high view apartments in New Zealand.
Everyone has to Work
Yes, work cannot fill the void – which can only be replaced by Jesus. But all of us need to work to support ourselves. Many people are unable to work or maintain their jobs, having to job hop from one place to another. This does not auger well for the future. Many women have to depend on their husbands for financial support and cannot work themselves, with no qualifications. Unless, of course their take up job as a McDonald’s service crew at $5 per hour. But how many are will to slave so much for such little income, unless you are a student and not a tai tai, traveling overseas all the time and spending other people’s money?

I Love to Blog
Blogging has been my passion ever since I started a blog way back in August of 2006. Since then, it has grown to 6 blogs that I currently maintain. Trust me, it is hard work, but then I love it. It keeps me mentally alert and occupied doing the things that I love. Monetizing my blogs is just the side results of my efforts. Milking the internet is possible if you love what you do and continue doing it as long as visitors keep coming back for more. I also read a variety of magazines and newspapers to keep in touch with current issues and world affairs. This will give me a better financial knowledge on my stocks of buying and selling.

Drug Risk
If possible, never try drugs at all costs. It is not worth your health status and once you try drugs, you will get addicted to them. This is not something to test for fun. Not at all! You should realize by now that DrugRisk is bad for you and if you check out the link given here, you will know why. There is a legal firm handling drug risk from people consuming medications that are risky as prescribed by the doctors.
For one, you will never know the side effects until years of consumption taken from a wide number of people for the statistics. It might be hard to prove the risk in the beginning until there is patient feedback later on.

Less Opps
Now there are less opportunities to make money online. Unless you are very lucky, you met Uncle Sam. The U.S. is still a country with endless possibilities and opportunities to make money via the internet. But you have to scout around hard and be diligent and stay motivated even during dry times. When the water in the oasis dries up, you need to be patient for the rain fall. There will be good times, and there will also be bad times. Just stay tuned and keep happy. You never know what may be in store for you tomorrow. In the meantime, upgrade your knowledge and learn new skills or read more books to improve your grammar and vocabulary.

Be Annoying?
Someone blogged to be Annoying, for it is Good? hello?? Is this blogger of sane mind? Do we feel a sense of winning when someone else fails? Do we prefer to sabotage a friend's plans? Well, to share my story, I have had my share of failure due to trusting someone close during that time. The advise given was ill-fated. It was disaster! Unfortunately, I took in the bad advise and had to pay the heavy price. Suffice to say that it had taught me never to trust and listen blindly even to someone close and supposedly trusted. Think for yourself. Only you can take the best care of your soul and no one else can help you, except maybe to pray.

Don't Plan to Renew the Domain
This blog will revert to its original domain name at http://bestasianfood.blogspot.com instead of http://www.BestAsianFood.net. After considering the potential earnings in having a personal domain, it is better not to renew it to justify the costs. Besides, this blog no longer earns me much revenue anymore compared to the good old times and I also don't have time to post and update you on what I eat and where I dine. But the earlier posts are filled with pretty tantalizing photos of the various restaurants that I patronize. This blog will remain as it is and to remind me of good times when there was plenty to show off. Now, moderation is the order of the day.

iDatix Mobile Document Management
Document management software such as iDatix mobile document management makes our lives so much easier and work automated. Economy continues to flourish in any countries that embrace information technology and document management software in the companies. When there are more people working in the organization, you cannot help but to use technology such as the internet, Microsoft Office, Autocad, etc. For the companies that do not use and invest in technology, they will lose out to the younger generation who are IT-smart. Knowing Facebook, Twitter does not really help, but personally I think it is a waste or precious time. You don't have to take my word for it but check it out online.

Smoky Mountain Cabin Rentals
Sometimes I work too hard and I think I need a good long break like escaping to a mountain resort and find out more about smoky mountain cabin rentals. As an employee, you have to learn to manage your boss and this is something that should be acquired when you are employed. Nobody wants to work like a donkey, not getting appreciated but being abused verbally for the slightest mistake. When you do a good job, this will raise the expectations of your superior and that is where more problems come in. Unless of course, you are your own boss, calling the shots. Otherwise, it is no point working too fast as you are not a machine. I am looking forward to my retirement soon and hope that my savings will be sufficient to tide me through my golden years.

Pepper Spray Guns at Defender
I am now in Kuala Lumpur and just yesterday, we visited 4 places with the aid of a GPS. By the time we arrived home, I was very tired and slept for a few hours before ordering home-delivery dinner at almost 8:30pm. Such is the nature of my work. After resting for some time after dinner, then I started the computer to type quotations and invoices. Today, I will follow my boss to another 2 client's place, one of which to collect a down payment with a cheque. In the meantime, you can check out pepper spray guns at Defender which I happen to surf around this morning. Check it out and it might be good for your self defence.

Earned RM 105 this Morning
Just got paid in S$42 for 6 articles about Singapore that I completed this morning. Each article is 500 to 550 words. Yes, it is possible to earn some money now and then via the internet when you are determined and constantly look around for work. This is a repeat client and we have good working relations. It is a blessing to be able to milk the internet which has been my cash cow since I joined. I also found my boss from the internet. We have been working together for 10 years already and work very well as a team to prosper many people under our employment and also our relatives. Most of your financial problems can be solved with the internet provided you invest in some skills and reading up to leverage on this amazing media.

I Love Food
I love food, but that does not mean that I am fat. No, far from it. I lead a healthy lifestyle by walking constantly in shopping malls like Gurney Plaza. I also take my vitamin supplements like multi-vitamins, Gingko Biloba for the brain, Omega-3 Fatty Acids for the heart, Vitamins C and E as anti-oxidants, Milk Thistle for liver health, Bilberry for good eyesight, Red Rice Yeast to lower the cholesterol, etc. These supplements are not cheap, but my health is just as important so that I can continue to work effectively for long hours with my home computer.

Taser C2
I just wrote and translated an article for a medical specialist this morning and she is ready to pay me. That is the magic of internet which is my cash cow since I graduated. As I continue to work from a home office, I will look around for work to be completed online and get paid via Paypal. By milking the internet, I am able to earn some money now and then online by working in the comfort of home. Can it get better than this? I don't think so. For the last 4 days, I have been earning consistently, more than USD 10 and doing this part time.
Oh, before I forget, do check out Taser C2, which I happen to surf around and found this site.

The Stun Gun
The stun gun is normally used by the police force against terrorists, attackers and those who may put our lives at risk. You can check out the stun gun by clicking on the link given to find out more information. Of course, there ought to be some gun control especially in the States, but with so many intruders, and people with malicious intent lurking freely in our streets, we need some form of protection for ourselves. Hence, women should be armed with stun guns when they are alone walking to carparks, doing shopping, or alone in the parks where their partners are away from their presence. Being the more vulnerable sex, women should have this form of self protection to scare away the would be robbers, rapists, etc.
Online Reputation Management
Whatever you do on the internet such as Facebook postings, twittering, etc will be known worldwide. Hence it is important to have online reputation management. If you rant your feelings on the internet, it may affect your future employment as potential employers may check out the internet about you before hiring anyone. Therefore, it is better to be safe than sorry later on. You should practice self-censorship at all times so that your dirty linen will not be washed in public. And never ever take nude photos of yourself with your lover, no matter how much you love him or her. This could be used as an effective blackmail tool when the relationship sours.

Pradaxa Bleeding Lawsuit
I work in a home office and am blessed with this special job catered to people with my condition. Actually, with my medical condition, I cannot hold on to any employment outside, but my cousin has blessed me with a home office job to do secretarial work and to update his company web site. Prior to discovering this condition, I have had my share to working outside from a bank, to schools and MNCs. It was tough striking it out in the corporate world, but this is the survival of the fittest.
I was also browsing through the web sites this morning when I came across pradaxa bleeding lawsuit and you can click on the link to find out more information. This special job that is catered just for me since February 2004 works very well for a win-win basis for both employer and employee. It would be hard to find this type of work elsewhere in the secular world and I consider it a miracle to have found this special employment just to suit my capabilities.

Amway
My uncle in Singapore used to sell Amway on a part time basis to supplement his income. Amway is a direct selling company where agents earn commissions by selling directly to their friends and relatives. Many of those in the top position are earning superscale salaries and eventually become millionaires. But only 5% of the agents can achieve this golden milestone with overseas tours thrown in as rewards. On my part, I also sell Herbalife online and have some measure of success too. Everthing is done online from ordering to paying supplier in Kuala Lumpur. You can check out the link above by clicking on it.
Organo Gold
I feel like taking a long break of at least 1 week from all the work and stress. There should be a work-life balance and it is no point working hard for the money without some form of recreation and breaks. This could be a stressful situation to be in. I think I need an assistant to help me out, but my boss trusts me to do all the computer work. I am blessed to have a job to work in a home office since early 2004 until today. I save lots of money on traveling, make-up, office clothes, etc. And most of all, I save lots of precious time from commuting to work by car. But nevertheless, check out Organo Gold by clicking on the link given.
Visalus
I took some cough mixture this morning and now feel very drowsy from the effects. Luckily, I work in a home office, so I don't have to apply for MC. Work with the company will never end. There will always be new inquiries to attend to and quotations to type. I just had a nap and feel like taking another nap to hopefully quickly recover from a bad sore throat. Later this evening, have to go down to Kuala Lumpur for business and this will take another 5 hours on the road. In the meantime, you can check out Visalus, by clicking on the link given to find out more information.
Cartoon
In my youth, I recall spending time watching Cartoon on the telly and get entertained for hours on end. It was funny and hilarious. The animations were just superb. Now with 3D technology, the pictures and animations are even better! But you have to wear 3D glasses for the special 3D effect in the cinemas. There are also 3D technology televisions but they are still very costly at this point in time. Nevertheless, it will be some years before every household owns a 3D telly at home. I love how innovation makes our lives so much easier and livelier. Thanks to researchers and scientists, our lives have improved by leaps and bounds.
I Love Food
I love gourmet dining at any Chinese restaurant and currently have the financial means for some pampering almost every day. But I guess when I retire, then I may have to eat street food or hawker food instead of restaurant dishes. My friend is rather generous and I get free treats often and as long as we have incoming projects, this can sustain our lifestyle for some time to come. Otherwise, most people in their retirement years will either cook at home that is much cheaper or take hawker food just like my parents. Mum is lucky in the sense that she does not have to cook and we daughters are footing their expenses with monthly allowance of $600 and for my case, $650. I am a little obese now, but have to watch my diet so that I can stay within the healthy range.

Yaz Litigation
I used to work for an aunt who is an attorney and solicitor in Singapore. She has her own office in the business district of Shenton Way. I was just a temporary secretatry while looking for a permanent job elsewhere. So, to tide over, she employed me on a temp basis and this is where I learnt a bit about her law business. She was doing mainly conveyancing law, that is sales and purchase agreements of properties which is very lucrative as compared to doing yaz litigation.
But nevertheless, whatever area of law you are doing, it is service to the nation as a whole and you can never discount the contribution to society. People at large need litigation for criminal law to defend their cases in court. You will need someone articulate and gung-ho, with the ability to convince the person is innocent and fight for his case in a civil lawsuit.

River Prawns at House of Udang Galah (HUG), Penang
Penang’s latest eatery serving giant river prawn is House of Udang Galah (HUG). Located on Hutton Lane, the restaurant housed in two renovated heritage shop houses offers fresh udang galah (giant river prawn) cooked in many different ways. Italian, Western, Malay, Indian and Chinese method of cooking is offered. The prawns are cut into halves and cooked with the head and shell intact.
One of HUG specialties is the Udang Galah in Chef Specialty Lime Sauce. The prawns steamed with garlic, chilli and ginger, made up a perky and appetising dish. Garnished with Chinese parsley, the dish costs a little fortune at RM109 (730g at RM15/100g).
We ordered scallops in Mongolian brown sauce which has a piquant taste, and garnished with a mini happy Buddha and green parsley. This dish was tantalizing with the succulent scallops infused with the Mongolian sauce flavour.
The above is sweet and sour fish topped with cut vegetables and drizzled with a combination of sauces like tomato sauce, vinegar, a dash of sugar, salt to give its distinct flavour that complements the fish fillets.
The meal is not complete without an order of drinks with fresh watermelon juice for me and a cuppa of hot cappuccino for my friend.
To complete the meal, we had yam dessert with gingko. The texture was smooth, sweet and flavourful.
This is the front cover of the menu designed in Western Style. It is a fusion of east meets west in this upscale eatery.
Some of the popular dishes served as shown in the menu here.
This is the ambiance of the House of Udang Galah (HUG) restaurant. Udang Galah, also known as “Giant River Prawn” or “Malaysian” prawn, is native to Southeast Asia – typically in Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia. Many years ago, Udang Galah was very common among the natives, who would capture and cook them fresh to preserve the aromatic taste and succulent texture of the flesh. Today, Udang Galah is no longer known to many Malaysians.
In fact, Udang Galah is part of our national food heritage. This large-sized fresh water prawn, which has a very big head in comparison to its entire body, can only be found in very few local menus. However, they are highly priced and hence, not a affordable choice to many. This is why we came up with this unique concept restaurant, the House of Udang Galah where everyone can see it, feel it, taste it and think of it always!
The House of Udang Galah is a unique concept restaurant that provides unrivaled fresh Udang Galah cuisine in a variety of styles you can choose, from an affordable price. Udang Galah served on your table are freshly cooked from live stock. Whether you prefer it in Italian, Western, Malay, Indian or Chinese, you will find their menu satisfying. If you have specific needs in your menu, do let them know! They are determined to provide you with high quality gourmet dishes in an affordable price.

Took an Online Test
Early this morning, I took an online test to participate in earning an income online via the internet. I plan to milk the internet for some allowance this year and treat the internet as a cash cow. There are 6 tests in total and I got a score of 84.9% success. I am not sure if this is an acceptable range, but just keeping my fingers crossed for it. Each tests range from 10 minutes to 20 minutes with listening comprehension, crossword puzzle and pictorial quiz. On another note, my best friend's birthday is coming up this month and we have already collected a free 1 kg birthday cake from Mandarin Oriental Hotel's cake shop on the ground floor yesterday. It is chocolate cake topped with fresh fruits like blueberries, strawberries and chocolate flakes.

I Love Food
I love food and will not hesitate to drive around in search of a good cafe or bistro in town and be adventurous to try different food on the menu. That is why you can find amazing food photos taken that are uploaded to this culinery blog of mine now and then. It serves as a food diary of my travel journals and a happy reminder of what I have savoured in the past. Since 2004, my life has turned around to a life full of blessings - one after another - and I cherish each day as it dawns on me of the favour and grace of God upon my life.
Do you know that surfing web sites is one of my hobbies that I do now and then? Yes, it keeps me busy for the moment and happy, through the power of technology called the internet. Occasionally, I can milk the internet which is my cash cow since years ago. Now I can sit back and relax as I read my old blog posts and reminisce on past glory.

Via Pre – Tavern on The Harbour
Italian restaurants have not been too popular in Penang in the past. But all that may be changing, with Via Pre, the newest purveyor of Italian food, which is set to satisfy even the most discerning of palates.
Located along the busy Weld Quay, the thinking behind this non-halal Italian restaurant was very simple: to pamper diners’ taste buds with authentic Italian food prepared with ingredients brought in from Italy. And the menu of course includes an extensive range of native Italian wines, beers and ales.
At the recommendation of a friend, we visited the restaurant — a restored pre-war house with a charming white facade. Inside, the tall interior dining hall features an industrial look, with huge black steel columns supporting the higher floor which houses a lounge and grill. The ambience was soothing with Italian music in the background and lots of dark timber for the paneling in this newly refurbished pre-war house.
The restaurant motto of not using any processed and flavoured food is written on a huge chalkboard. The large menu offers eight mains, 11 pastas, 10 pizzas, a wide selection of antipasti and also desserts. There is a short list of salad dishes. Our order had a bit of something to suit everyone.
We started with the basket of bread, served with earthy olive oil and vinegar. All the bread is made in-house, with choices of focaccia, flat bread, rustic bread and more.
The Tagliere Rustico with assorted cold cuts, cheese and antipasti goes for RM72 (for two persons). It has a good mix of textures and flavours. The olives and sun-dried tomatoes were bright and appetising and the cheese has a nice savoury flavour. Via Pre also offers diners the option of buying these cured meats and cheeses.
We ordered Trancio Alla Griglia which is steamed and then roasted fish smothered with cubed tomatoes and salads drizzled with generous portion of virgin olive oil. The fish is served with a special sauce that tastes exquisite with a hint of herbs added.
Next on the mains was my order of Del Porto, which was salad with slices of smoked salmon topped with braised prawn.
To accompany our mains, we also ordered 2 types of beers and ales which are similar to Guiness Stout which uses barley instead of grapes as the raw ingredient.
You cannot find these ales locally in the market except Via Pre which specially imported them from Italy. It reminds my friend of his varsity days in United Kingdom where he used to treat himself ales as a student then.
I had a glass of freshly blended celery juice for RM 11 and another glass of bottled apricot juice, also specially imported from Italy which you cannot find on the counters in supermarkets.
As the mains and salads were so appetizing, our last entree was a dessert to finish off our meals. Here is IL Tortino Del Monaci where we had to wait for at least 15 minutes for the cakes to be baked fresh from the oven with the insides full of melted chocolate and nuts. There is a generous portion of chopped pistachio nuts with condensed milk and a scoop of champagne ice-cream. A range of cakes and pastries are displayed at the dessert counter that takes center stage in the restaurant.
After our last entree, we headed to the second floor to a large lounge for some music with computer ensemble or songs and instruments. There is a bar counter and for those preferring to enjoy a view of the harbour and docking cruises, then they can go outside the balcony for some fresh air and sea view. We finally adjourned after paying the bill which came up to RM 222.70
If you want a taste of Italian and appreciate warm service (from the Italian owners), then visit this tavern on the harbour. Parking is limited at the front but there’s plenty to be found in the neighbouring streets. It is located diagonally opposite Chin’s Stylish Chinese Cuisine.

Phone Dating with Flurv and Badoo
I have been testing out these two apps downloaded to my iPhone 5 for the functionality and I must say that Badoo is heads over heels over Flurv which is more catered to local users. With Badoo, I have people from UK, US, Norway, Europe chatting up with me in an instant! Many plan to meet up with me, but I don't schedule for any appointment. My time is too precious and the main reason I use Badoo is to promote my online business which I just paid for USD 29.95 for a lifetime membership without monthly fees, transaction fees or any other fees for that matter. It is very affordable and I love it. Having said that, now it time to try out Badoo and make new online friends.

Love my JOB
For most people, a JOB is Just Over Broke. But for me, I just love it! Though it can get a bit boring at times, sitting by the computer all alone, but nevertheless, I love it – simply for the fact that I can work in my own pace and time. No office politics or nosy supervisor to look over your shoulders. In fact, most of the time, I will be listening to music in the background or napping in between. It would be a luxury to most for this type of job which I cannot trade for anything else. God has found a calling for me in this vocation where only I can handle and one that suits my capabilities well enough.

I Don't Smoke
I am against smoking and everyone in my family are non-smokers. I will always try to avoid the cigarette smoke spewing from the smokers and even hold my breath as I walk past them. Inhalation of cigarette smoke is known as secondary smoking and it is just as harmful. But now, there is a new invention and you can check out electronic cigarette prices if you cannot kick the habit. In the first place, don't start smoking or just to try for the fun of it. You might get hooked and find it difficult to stop this habit. Too many people just die of lung cancer when they should be enjoying their golden years during retirement.
