Flying to JB from KL

I shall be going to KL with my colleague tomorrow and then fly to Johor Bahru from KLIA LCCT via Air Asia for the day's meeting. Just rented a Hertz car for about $150 per day, to drive to the site for the meeting. I have booked the plane tickets last night and paid using my credit card. Compared to Firefly, Air Asia is about $1,000 cheaper than the turbo propeller plane that is much smaller by comparison for the same destination. The flight is scheduled at 8.25am on Friday and we have to wake up much earlier by at least 3-4 hours in advance so as not to miss the flight and to beat the rush hour work traffic jam in KL.

Got Paid $25 this Morning

This morning, as I woke up, my client had paid me USD 25 into my Paypal account. This is for blogging work done 2 days ago. I still maintain and update my several blogs for revenue now and then. The income is just a bonus as writing online has been my passion since August of 2006. I love my work, and virtual assistance offered now and then as potential clients email me for the quotation. Now I get paid USD50 monthly for commenting on a high traffic blog in the U.S. and get to read well written articles by journalists and people of stature, those who are already successful in their own rights. This brings more authority and credibility to the many blog posts and articles.

Maintaining Blogs is Hard Work

I just came back from KL last night, dropped by my parents' house to collect some letters and went back home to my apartment for a good rest. And this morning, here I am blogging again to refresh my blogs with new content. My working life is colorful - lots of traveling and seeing places with the benefit of working at home, either in KL or Penang. Mind you, maintaining blogs is certainly hard work and not cut out for everyone. I have seen active blogs die out naturally because there are no more sponsored posts to take up and maintaining them is just too expensive and not worth the time and effort.

Home Loans Christchurch

Cavalier King Charles Spaniel

I love pets, especially small dogs like pomeranians, dachshund, poodles, chihuahua, and the like. Small toy dogs are easy to keep and they make good pets. I used to spend eons of time at my aunt's house and playing with her 2 dogs. She has a big garden for the dogs to run around and exercise their limbs.

Don't you just love Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppies at Cavoodle Puppies for Sale? The ubiquitous brown and white fur of these dogs are so fluffy and they are adorable looking pets. Makes a good companion for a lonely soul or singles with busy lives. It helps to de-stress when one keeps a close pet for comfort and as a companion. As I am born in the year of the dog, hence, I love all things related to dogs.

On the other hand, if you need home loans, just check out Home Loans Christchurch. For the record, I just got my home loan approved last month after 1+ months of waiting and frequent correspondences with the banks. Nowadays, it is very difficult to get a home loan and banks are much stricter at this period due to defaulting, bad loans and bankruptcy cases which are on the rise.

Home Loan

I almost gave up applying for a home loan when I found out that it was so difficult locally here, but persisted as I just refused to put all my money in the bank for low fixed deposit interests rates. Hence, to hedge against inflation, I decided to buy a property for rental income later on and also for investment. The condo should be ready by 2018 and by then I will own 2 properties close by.

If you love to travel just like me, you can also check out Holiday Homes Auckland. By end of this year in December, I will be traveling to Europe during winter with my youngest sister and meet up with second sister before touring 7 nations by coach, namely United Kingdom, France, Belgium, Switzerland, Austria and Italy.

Most probably will spend Christmas in Vatican city and have lunch there. This is the most expensive tour package that I have booked and just hope it justifies my expenditure. I really hope to have a good time there, visiting places of interests. Also, it might be the last time I spend trips overseas with my sisters as I have to save up some money for my rental property, to be completed in a couple of years later. This is the motivation of working hard for my money, offering virtual assistance on the sideline besides a full time income as an IT executive in a home office.

I also travel frequently in my job, shuttling between Penang and Kuala Lumpur by car with my colleague. Hence, it is better not to have children for the freedom to do the things that I love. In the meantime, you can also browse high view apartments in New Zealand.

Everyone has to Work

Yes, work cannot fill the void – which can only be replaced by Jesus. But all of us need to work to support ourselves. Many people are unable to work or maintain their jobs, having to job hop from one place to another. This does not auger well for the future. Many women have to depend on their husbands for financial support and cannot work themselves, with no qualifications. Unless, of course their take up job as a McDonald’s service crew at $5 per hour. But how many are will to slave so much for such little income, unless you are a student and not a tai tai, traveling overseas all the time and spending other people’s money?

I Love to Blog

Blogging has been my passion ever since I started a blog way back in August of 2006. Since then, it has grown to 6 blogs that I currently maintain. Trust me, it is hard work, but then I love it. It keeps me mentally alert and occupied doing the things that I love. Monetizing my blogs is just the side results of my efforts. Milking the internet is possible if you love what you do and continue doing it as long as visitors keep coming back for more. I also read a variety of magazines and newspapers to keep in touch with current issues and world affairs. This will give me a better financial knowledge on my stocks of buying and selling.

Drug Risk

If possible, never try drugs at all costs. It is not worth your health status and once you try drugs, you will get addicted to them. This is not something to test for fun. Not at all! You should realize by now that DrugRisk is bad for you and if you check out the link given here, you will know why. There is a legal firm handling drug risk from people consuming medications that are risky as prescribed by the doctors.

For one, you will never know the side effects until years of consumption taken from a wide number of people for the statistics. It might be hard to prove the risk in the beginning until there is patient feedback later on.
